2005-2006 Middle Atlantic Corporate Facility of the Year Building Tour
Progress, 2nd Quarter 2006
Pfizer Inc graciously agreed to provide a building tour of their world class and award winning Peapack Campus facility on April 26, 2006. Originally designed
for Beneficial Management Corporation in 1979, the architect was charged with humanizing the workplace while harmonizing with the nearby villages. This 595,308
square foot, Class A facility comprises 10 buildings that are interconnected by covered canopies and a subterranean tunnel system. This campus was purchased
in 1998 by Pharmacia to be used as its corporate headquarters and was acquired by Pfizer when it purchased Pharmacia in 2003.
To realize the "corporate village" theme, each building houses both corporate and support activities, thus promoting the corporate culture evenly throughout the
campus. The facility offers a full assortment of amenities that add to client convenience including a full-service cafeteria, fitness center, company store,
a full medical suite, baseball, softball, and soccer field, tennis courts and much more.
Mr. Keith Schwartz of Pfizer, Inc. along with George Schmitt and Jeffrey Pielli of the Gale Company provided a presentation at the facility.
A special thanks to BRAVO! Building Services for hosting the April cocktail hour.
