As the sole stock holder and founder of Bravo! Building Services in 1997, Ms. Martinez has worked in the building maintenance industry
since 1985. Ms. Martinez is actively involved in the day-to-day management of the company. She drives the administrative and financial aspects of the company
while working with the Managers to help guide and support activities over which they have specific responsibility.
Ms. Martinez is actively involved in BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association). She was on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey
Chapter from 2000-2002.
Mr. Wardzinski joined Bravo! Building Services in 2001 as Managing Director. He was previously employed by Monarch Group Services as Senior Vice
President and has worked in the facility maintenance and security industry since 1985. Mr. Wardzinski was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2005
with additional responsibilities of strategic acquisitions and due diligence. Frank is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. The
Operations Group, Sales and Marketing Group and Safety Directors report directly to Frank.
Frank earned the designation of Certified Building Service executive (CBSE) in 2006. The CBSE program is administered thru The Building Service
Contractors Association International (BSCAI) an international association of cleaning and building service professionals. Frank currently serves on
several committees and is a proud supporter of the association.
Mr. Dufau was instrumental in helping to establish Bravo! Building Services during its inception. He currently manages and oversees the
Operations Department on a senior management level. The Director of Operations, Area, Site and Regional Managers along with all field personnel report to
him.
Mr. Dufau is thoroughly trained in all aspects of the Building Maintenance Industry. He reports directly to Mr. Wardzinski.
Mr. Schnurr joined Bravo! in 2008 as Senior Vice President with overall responsibility for day-to-day management of our Maryland, Washington D.C.,
Virginia and Carolina operations, including business development, client retention, and account executive responsibility.
Mr. Schnurr brings to Bravo! an impressive background in the facility services industry. He most recently served as Regional Executive Director of
Cavalier Facility Services in Fairfax, VA, where he was employed for the past 11 years.
Mark has made significant contributions to industry associations including President of CCIFMA and serving on the Executive Board for five years. Mark
also holds the designation of RBSM through the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI).
Mark reports directly to Frank S. Wardzinski, Executive Vice President.
Mr. Bertini joined Bravo! Building Services in 2007 with an impressive history of proven leadership in the facility services
industry. Prior to joining Bravo!, he managed the daily operations of Connecticut based Charter Oaks Building Maintenance consisting of over $15,000,000 in
annual business. He has gained most of his industry knowledge while building his 17-year career with Pritchard Industries managing their Connecticut operations.
Ms. Denton joined Bravo! Building Services in 2005 as Business Development Manager for Delaware and Maryland. She has over 10 years experience
in the local market and has been instrumental in building and supporting the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Ms. Denton was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in the 1st Quarter of 2006 and has responsibility for corporate-wide sales
and marketing initiatives.
Mr. Jacobs is the Regional Vice President of Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland and is based at the Bravo! office in New
Castle, Delaware. Joe joined the Bravo! Building Services team in 2004 and is responsible for supporting the operations team as well as providing customer
service to our facilities.
Jim joined Bravo! in 2007 as Regional Vice President of our Washington, DC/Northern Virginia portfolio and operates from our Arlington, Virginia office.
Jim has responsibility for supporting the operations team and providing customer service to our clients.
Prior to joining Bravo! Jim built his 28-year career in facility management at INOVA Health Systems as Director of Environmental Services as well as Safety
Officer responsible for Joint Commission Compliance.
Kathy Trivino joined Bravo! in 2006 as a Project Manager assigned to a large pharmaceutical company. She was recently promoted to Director of Safety and
Training and manages the overall training and safety programs including "Train the Trainer" and "Safety and Security Awareness".
Prior to joining Bravo! Kathy was the Account Manager for a 1,5000,000 square foot research and development site for Bristol Myers Squibb.
Mr. Barrantes is the Director of Operations and manages the day-to-day operations of our New Jersey and New York portfolio. All site
and area managers report directly to Mr. Barrantes.
Mr. Felipa is the Director of Operations and oversees the daily operations of all client facilities in Pennsylvania, Delaware
and Maryland. He ensures client satisfaction and compliance with Quality Assurance and Safety Audits. He manages all site and area managers along with all
site supervisors.
Mr. Santiago is the Director of Operations and manages the operations group in Maryland, Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia. All Site and Area
Operation Managers report directly to Clemente.
Clemente has been in the cleaning industry for the past twenty-eight years, holding several key positions in the operations field. From
1980-2000, Santiago worked for PEME, starting as a Site Supervisor and was promoted to an Area Manager, managing over 1.5 million square feet. In 1995,
Mr. Santiago was promoted to Senior Operations Manager and managed four full-time Project Managers and 8 million square feet. In 2000, Mr. Santiago joined
the Bravo! team serving as Operations Manager and was promoted in 2007 to Director of Operations. Mr. Santiago has an extensive background in field
operations.
