To enhance the skills of our employees, Bravo Building Services is constantly seeking new and advanced methods and procedures in our Corporate Office and at client sites.

State-of-the-art equipment and innovative cleaning supplies are used to maximize productivity and quality at our client’s sites.

Our corporate staff and site managers are well-versed in the latest of software applications, including Windows Vista/XP/2000/98 and Microsoft Office.  They excel in such programs as: MS Publisher, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, ADP/Windows Payroll, Word.

The initiative and creativity or our staff accounts for many of our reports used to track quality, contract and labor budgets, scheduled periodic service commitments, etc.

FM WORKS/WORK ORDER MANAGEMENT

Bravo! Building Services has built a comprehensive web based work order management system accessible by all client designated representatives and all Bravo! operations management staff.

All work order requests are handled immediately and processed by our full-time Operations Coordinator. All requests are dispatched electronically to the designated Director of Operations to fulfill the request. A confirmation code is e-mailed directly to you acknowledging the request.

Activity reports can be generated on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for all clients.
