Directors Receive CMI’s Custodial Technician Training Program-Advanced Levels

Four of Bravo's Directors have received CMI's Custodial Technician Training Program - Advanced Levels

Bravo! Building Services, Inc. is pleased to announce today that Kathy Trivino, Robert Felipa, Clemente Santiago and Wilber Barrantes have earned the “Certified Instructor” designation by the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI).

By passing CMI’s rigorous examination and satisfying all of the stringent criteria, all four of the Directors become “Certified Instructors” and will ensure each of our 3,000 employees are trained in a consistent manner under the same format and programs. The CIM’s program meets the training requirement ser forth by the ISSA’s Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS).

Ms. Trivino serves as Director of Safety & Training. Mr. Felipa, Mr. Barrantes and Mr. Santiago each serve as Director of Operations for each of Bravo’s regional offices.
